ExpressCare allows you to get in and get out with a diagnosis and prescription (if appropriate) in about 15 minutes. No appointment is needed.

We treat children 2 years old and over and adults of all ages no matter where they receive their primary care. You pay a flat fee of $40 for the service of a nurse practitioner and diagnostic test at the time the service is provided. Payment options include cash, check, credit card and debit card. Vaccinations are also available at various fees (children must be 2 years or older).

Which Conditions Can Be Diagnosed At ExpressCare?

For a fee of $40, ExpressCare providers offer a variety of services and diagnosis/treatment for numerous conditions:

  • Ear infection

  • Sore throat/Strep throat

  • Seasonal allergies

  • Sinus infection

  • Upper respiratory infection

  • Bronchitis

  • Pink eye

  • Urinary tract infection

  • Flu/influenza

  • Mononucleosis

  • Rashes and skin irritations

  • Pregnancy testing

ExpressCare is not meant to replace your primary care provider. Rather, it provides another option for your care. Chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, cannot be treated at ExpressCare. Blood draws are not conducted at ExpressCare.
